No worries, we have a fasting recipe even for the most delicious dessert we have enjoyed since childhood, when our mother or grandmother told us that she has a sweet surprise for us. Today we are talking about the famous pancakes, served for 4 servings.

INGREDIENT:

  • 125g flour
  • 1 teaspoon organic sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 240ml of almond or coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Maple syrup
  • berries or bananas (optional)

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt until all the ingredients are combined. In another bowl add the almond or coconut milk, apple cider vinegar, vanilla and mix. While the mushrooms are boiling, cut the julienned onion and fry it in a few tablespoons of oil.

Drain the mushrooms in water (their cooking time is only 5 minutes) and pour them over the onion. Simmer for another 5 minutes, salt and pepper.

Fill the pancakes with mushroom stew and serve them with sauerkraut salad and fasting mayonnaise.
